We are expanding fast and are now preparing for the next phase in our development.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and successful salesperson who can demonstrate an ability to work on their own initiative from leads driven from our varied marketing and promotional tools and convert these to orders for our wide range of quality and leading brands of windows and doors.
You will need knowledge of the window and door industry and the products, the building process and home improvements and be competent with the application of the modern IT systems to be able to provide the stimulating leadership skills required.
A proven record of closing sales of high value quality products will be necessary.
A generous basic salary, holidays, pension contributions and business mileage will be provided and participation in the company’s commission scheme.
Full Valid Driver’s license required for this role.
Salary band = £40 – £50k
Installation Team Member – Fitter
Experienced window fitter with full driving license required for installations of our high quality windows and doors into domestic properties throughout the East Midlands. Experience of fitting timber would be preferable but not essential, full training will be given.
The successful applicant will have good communication skills, and be good at working at height, using power tools, and used to heavy lifting. You will be working mostly as part of a team but may occasionally be required to work alone on a small job.
MTC card an advantage or NVQ in fenestration installation.
You will be working on domestic local properties and occasionally further away. Hours are 8.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday, with occasional late nights required to finish a job and occasional Saturdays.
Use of a company van (might be shared). Own tools required.
Competitive rates of pay – potential earnings of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum.
Van and business fuel provided, holiday pay, pension scheme and bonus scheme.
Successful applicant will be placed on a 3 month probation.
Management Training Programme
Part of our growth plans and strategy will create the opportunity for either an experienced or post graduate person to join our management training programme designed to give experience in all the various departments of the company and the processes involved. After a successful training programme we expect the candidate to take up a meaningful post in the company where, over a period, a route to the very top of the business can be mapped out.
For this role initial pay will be in accordance with the government guide lines on the living wage but will quickly lead to an improved income after a full induction and initial training programme.
Participation to the company’s commission scheme and annual bonus scheme will be available for the successful candidates depending on the role, contributions by both the Company and the individual can be paid into the company pension scheme and 20 days holidays plus bank holidays p.a. will be enjoyed after a short qualification period.
