Reopening of The New Window Company from 11th May.
As the industry moves to re-opening manufacturing from 4th May, we have reviewed our procedures and will be adhering strictly to our new working methods to ensure a safe working environment for our team and our customers and suppliers, in compliance with the social distance requirements laid out by the government, and in accordance with site Operating Procedure (SOP) which is based on Public Health England (PHE), Construction Leadership Council (CLC) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) published guidance and advice. These include sourcing an adequate stock of PPE (face masks, hand sanitiser and gloves) and a Covid-19 Risk assessment. The New Window Company will reopen from 11th May 2020.
These dates are subject to government advice status (from both the UK and Scottish Governments).
All existing contracts that have been delayed will be contacted by Lee Jarman, our Operations Manager, and advised of the available installation/survey date, along with our safe operating procedure (SOP).
As the contracts are committed to our supply chain partners, we are not able to alter the terms and or conditions of these. As such all deposits and stage payments received by us have been allocated to the specific contracts and we have determined that these monies are all protected by the terms of the Independent Insurance schemes.
Our response and support to both our customers and supply chain may take a little more time than usual but be assured that we will always deal with your requirements to the best of our ability.
